경칩 뜻 유래, 음식 (개구리알 먹는법)

경칩 뜻 유래, 음식 개구리알 은행 고로쇠나무수액 먹는 날입니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

오늘은 경칩입니다. 만물이 깨어나는 날이라고 하죠. 24번째 절기 중 벌써 세번째 절기인데요. 

경칩의 뜻 / 유래는 『한서(漢書)』에는 열 계(啓)자와 겨울잠을 자는 벌레 칩(蟄)자를 써서 계칩(啓蟄)이라고 기록되었는데, 후에 한(漢) 무제(武帝)의 이름인 계(啓)를 피휘(避諱)하여 놀랠 경(驚)자를 써서 경칩(驚蟄)이라 하였다고 합니다. 

 

양력으로 3월 5일무렵인데 겨울철의 대륙성 고기압이 약화되고, 이동성 고기압과 기압골이 통과하면서 추웠다 따뜻해졌다 반복을 하게 된다고 하네요. 경칩절기 이후에는 기온이 점점 상승하는 경향을 보이는데 이 이후로는 기온이 내려가도 일시적인거라고 하네요. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

우수에 대동강 물이 녹아 흐르고, 경칩이 되면 초목의 싹이 돋아나면서 동면하던 벌레와 개구리도 깨어난다고 하는데요. 풍습, 속신에 따르면 농촌에서는 산이나 논의 물이 고인 곳을 찾아다니면서 몸이 건강해지기를 바라면서 개구리알이나 도롱뇽 알을 건져 먹는다고 해요. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

개구리알의 과학적인 효능은 모르겠지만 개구리가 겨울잠에서 깨어나 낳은 알을 먹으면 봄의 기운을 받아 신경통과 속병, 요통에 효험이 있다고 믿었다고 합니다.

 

개구리 뒷다리 구워먹는것과 개구리즙 먹는다는건 들어봤는데 개구일알 먹는건 처음 들어봐서 좀 충격적인데요. 개구리알이나 도롱뇽 알이나 미끈미끈하면서 물컹물컹 이상할 것 같은데 우리 조상님들은 어찌 드셨나몰라요. 저는 개구리알이랑 비슷하게 생긴 바질씨드 음료 먹는것도 참 이상하던데 말이죠~

 

 

 

 

 

 

좀 더 찾아보니 한국민족문화대백과에 나오길 그냥 날로 삼키기도 하고, 소주에 타서 마시기도 한대요. 소주에 타서 마셔도 이상할 것 같아요.. 우무 같은 맑은 상태 속에 거뭇거뭇한 알이 있을 때 먹어야 해서 늦어도 춘분 전에 먹어야 한다고 하네요.

 

한국세시풍속사전에는 비릿한 냄새를 해소하기 위해서 소주와 함께 마시거나, 콩고물에 묻혀 먹거나, 간장이나 마늘과 함께 먹었다고 해요. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

그리고 경칩음식으로 고로쇠수액을 먹기도 했다고 해요. 위장병이나 속병에 효험이 있다고 믿고 마셨다고 하는데요. (단풍나무물마시기, 고리수먹기라고도 함). 약물이라고 생각하고 마셨다는데 이 물을 마시면 여름에 더위를 타지 않고, 뼈가 아픈데 약이 되고, 무병장수하고 여기저기 다 좋다고 생각했대요. 고로쇠나무 고로쇠수액은 보통 경칩 10일 전후로 나오는데 보통 3일 동안 한 말을 마셔야 효험을 볼 우 있다고 여겼다고 하네요. 한 말이면 18리터, 3일이면 하루에 9리터씩입니다..... 너무 많아서 못 먹을 것 같아요 ^^; 

요즘에는 구해기 어려워서 주문해서 드시는 분들도 계시는데요. 신기하게도 이 고로쇠물은 많이 마셔도 배탈이 나지 않는다고 하네요. 

 

 

 

 

그리고 옛날부터 경칩은 연인들의 날이기도 했대요. 우리 조상들은 천년을 산다고 하는 은행나무의 열매를 서로 입에 넣어주며 사랑을 약속했다고 하네요.  은행나무는 암/ 수가 따로 잇어서 서로 마주보고 있어야 열매를 맺는다고 하는데요 마주 보고만 있어도 사랑이 오가고 결실을 맺는다는데서 은행나무는 순결한 사랑의 상징이라고도 하네요. 

 

이번 달에는 화이트데이 대신에 은행데이로 하면 어떨까 싶네요.

The meaning/origin of Gyeongchip was written in "Hanseo" as Gyechip using the word "tropical" and "wintering worm chip." Later, it was called Gyeongchip using the word "kye," which is the name of Han Muje.

It is around March 5th in the solar calendar, and the continental high pressure in winter is weakened, and as the mobile high pressure and the barometric bone pass through, it gets cold and warm and repeats. After the Gyeongchip season, the temperature tends to rise gradually, and after that, it is temporary even if the temperature drops.

The water of Daedong River melts in the rainwater, and when it becomes a scenic chip, vegetation sprouts, and hibernating insects and frogs wake up. According to customs and folklore, people in rural areas eat frog eggs or salamander eggs in the hope that they will be healthy while searching for a place where water from mountains or rice paddies is concentrated.

I don't know the scientific effects of frog eggs, but when frogs wake up from hibernation and eat eggs they believe that they are effective in neuralgia, internal diseases, and back pain.

I've heard that you're eating frog's hind legs and frog's lips. I've never heard of that before. It's shocking. Frog eggs or salamander eggs are slippery and must be very strange, but I don't know how our ancestors ate them. I find it very strange to have a basil seed drink that looks like a frog egg.~

I looked up more and found out that you can drink soju or swallow it when you go to the Korean National Culture Department. I think it'll be weird to drink soju. I have to eat it when there are dark eggs in a clear state like a radish, so I have to eat it before the spring equinox at the latest

In the Korean Seshi Traditional Dictionary, people drank it with soju, dipped it in Congolese water, or ate it with soy sauce or garlic to relieve the bad smell.

 

Also, I heard that I ate yellow corvina juice as a light chip food. They said they drank it because they believed it was effective for gastrointestinal or internal diseases. (also known as drinking maple water or eating wicker water). He thought it was a drug and drank it. He thought that drinking this water would not make him feel hot in the summer, become a medicine for a sore bone, live a long and healthy life. Goroso sap usually comes out around 10 days of Gyeongchip, but it was thought that drinking a horse for 3 days would be effective. That's 18 liters for one word, 9 liters for three days a day... so I don't think I can eat. ^^;

It's hard to get it these days, so some people order it and eat it. Interestingly, even if you drink a lot of water, you won't get an upset stomach.

I heard that Gyeongchip has been a day of lovers since a long time ago. Our ancestors promised to love each other by putting the fruits of ginkgo trees, which are said to live for a thousand years, into each other's mouths. Ginkgo trees are said to be cancerous and bear fruit only when they are facing each other. The ginkgo tree is said to be a symbol of pure love, as love flows and pays off just by looking at each other.

I think it would be Ginkgo Day instead of White Day this month.
